Start laying down on your belly with your face facing the mat and feet hips width apart. Put your hand on the side of your body in line with your bellybutton.
Inhale and raise your head and chest, completely straightening your arms. Keep your shoulders over your wrists. Detach your knees from the floor, engaging your legs but keeping your buttock relaxed. Open your chest and pack your shoulders. Your weight is half on your arms half on your legs. Stretch your neck up.
