Dear fellows! New year new practice! Since we have started teaching and doing more yoga we decided to make our own workouts more yoga friendly let’s say! The time it’s not always enough to get in both a long yoga practice and a sweaty work out daily, so we go for a sweaty long yoga practice!
Here we show you some of the exercise we do for the core, great burn!! You can just add them to your yoga practice where you would usually practice navasana, or where it fits your practice better!
If you are not a yoga addict, or you don’t have that much time and just wanna squeez a core sesh in, then you can also do a 10 minutes circuite and/or combine it with one or more of the other workouts you can find in this section.
We will definitely share some more yoga friendly workouts (we have got a booty to grow <3)
