Who doesn’t dream about toned and strong legs? We bet every girl out there agrees with us! So here is a quick and easy home workout that doesn’t require any equipment, and that is gonna take just 10 minutes of your busy day.
As first leg workout we show you the combination of 4 exercises we include very often in our personal workouts. We like to mix together resistance exercises with methabolic exercises, in order to get stronger and keep high the rythm of the workout.
Our advice is to repeat the 4 exercises, for the repetition suggested, in sequence, for 10 minutes. If you want to do a more complete or longer workout you can combine this 10 minutes workout with one of the other workouts of this section (ex. legs workout + abs workout / legs workout + total body workout)
