Today we present you one of our favourite couple exercises ever: Jedi box! This is a real core killer for both the base and the flyer 🙂
- Lay down on the mat, try to ground your entire spine. Feet around hips distant apart. Keep your elbows on the floor and get ready to grab the flyer ankles.
- Grab the base’s ankles and place your ankles on th ebase’s hands. Engage core and legs’ muscles and try to stay as straight as a stick.
- Straighten your arms.
ENTER THE POSE
- The base comes up into a sit up, keeping arms straight in line with shoulders. The flyer goes into a pike handstand, keeping hips over shoulders and hands. From here both go into the original position and repeat for as many times as you can!
COME OUT OF THE POSE
- The base go back to lie down on the mat, open his/her hand and let the flyer exit safely from the position.
