We all wish we had ripped 6-pack abs, but the main reason to have a strong core doesn’t show on the outside. A strong core is fundamental to protect your spine, to improve your posture and to make your body generally stronger.
In order to have a toned tummy you don’t need to spend hours at the gym, few focused exercises, performed with constance, are actually enough!
For today we show you some exercises to get your core work started!
Our advice is to repeat the 4 exercises, for the repetition suggested, in sequence, for 10 minutes. If you want to do a more complete or longer workout you can combine this 10 minutes workout with one of the other workouts of this section (ex. abs workout + arms workout / abs workout + total body workout).
