Hello, I am Martina, and I was born in Treviso in 1990. During my years as a university student I moved from Venice to Paris, Cambridge, and I finally found my second home in Milan.
I’ve always been a pretty active girl. My first love was gymnastics, activity that I practiced for 6 years at a competitive level. Sport has always been part of my life until I started the University of Architecture and I didn’t have time for myself anymore. During my last year of university I decided to change my lifestyle and I tried to look for quick workouts and guides that I could easily do at home. It was not easy, but with time I found back the energy that used to characterize me as a child.
I ran into yoga by chance. I started to do some yoga as a post workout “stretching”, but with time I realized that there was so much more behind the word yoga, and I fell in love with it. Yoga changed me, from the outside to the inside.
My passion for yoga grew to the point that after completing my master degree in Architecture in December 2015, I decided to start a deeper and longer journey that began by taking part to a teacher training of 200h here in Milan and becaming a yoga teacher.
